Summer Convention 19
Greetings from the Utah Wool Growers Association-
We are excited to invite you to join us for our 2019 Summer Convention in Park City on Monday, August 5. We hope you can come and enjoy the educational general session, delicious food, and the chance to network with sheep producers from across the state. This year we will be changing things up and hosting traveling workshops instead of classroom sessions. Click here for the exciting draft agenda.
Convention Registration: Registration information can be found on page four and we urge
you to register early to help us plan for meals. Further, each person who registers early will receive a door price. If you register before July 20, 2018 you will receive the early bird registration pricing and we will “save you a seat.” But don’t worry--if you can’t take advantage of early bird registration, we will still be delighted to see you and will still be able to accommodate you for meals- but you might have to eat chicken. The Utah Wool Growers Association has always been, and will continue to be a family-oriented organization and we encourage you to bring your families and enjoy the convention. As such, children 12 and under will eat free at the Farm to Table Luncheon and the Lamb BBQ dinner. As a reminder we will be having an excellent session for the Women’s Auxiliary and the Young Entrepreneurs so be sure to include the number of Auxiliary/YE participants on your registration form so we can make sure there are enough supplies for each session.
Hotel Accommodations: If you are interested in staying overnight our group rate for + or – three days of our convention at the Grand Summit Resort it $125 a night. To access this special group rate please reference the Utah Wool Growers Board Meeting or use the code DQ9WG19 when you book your rooms.
